Freedom Rhythm, created by Dr. Tiffany, is a tool to expel negative energy and amplify positive emotions, promoting physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. As a licensed clinical psychologist and trauma expert, Dr. Tiffany created Rhythm Restoration, a protocol that uses healing visualizations and bilateral stimulation to achieve effective trauma recovery. Her passion for neuroscience, creativity, and dance led her to create Freedom Rhythm, which combines all her interests into a cathartic protocol.
